You know what you want out of life.
You've wanted it for years.

So why the hell aren't you doing it?

Are you like me and ask yourself this question all the time?

You've made the plans.
You've promised yourself this time will be different.

You've felt that rush of excitement imagining what your life could look like once you "finally pulled it off".

But when it's time to actually do the work?
You procrastinate.
You wait for motivation.
You tell yourself you'll start tomorrow.

And another day passes with the life you want still sitting somewhere in the future.

If wanting it badly enough were the answer, wouldn't you be there by now?

Maybe the problem isn't how badly you want it.

There's something else standing between wanting your life to change and actually being able to change it.

You keep waiting for a version of yourself who "feels" like doing the work.

But that person keeps saying, “Maybe tomorrow.”

THE NEGOTIATION STARTS...

This morning:
I'll work on it this afternoon.

This afternoon:
I'm exhausted. I'll do it after dinner.

After dinner:
I need to unwind first.

Later that night:
It's too late to really get into it now.

Before bed:
Tomorrow. Tomorrow I'll actually do it.

And here's the messed-up part:

You still want it.

You haven't changed your mind.

You haven't decided the dream isn't worth pursuing.

You're just waiting for
"wanting" to do the work
to feel as good as
"wanting" the result.

And somehow, that feeling never seems to arrive.

...So You Keep Waiting...

For motivation.

For inspiration.

For the right mood.

For that magical morning when you wake up and
finally feel ready to become the person you've been
planning to become
.

But what if feeling "ready" was never supposed to be the thing that got you there?

Because the cost isn't just losing another day.

It's what happens when those days start turning into years.

Missing a day doesn't feel catastrophic.
Neither does putting something off until next week.

That's what makes procrastination so easy to live with:
the cost builds slowly.

In fact, it happens so slowly that you might not even notice what it's costing you until you look back and realize how long you've been waiting for your life to finally begin.

cost #1

The things you want keep getting older with you.

The business you've been thinking about starting.  The career change you keep researching.  The project you know you could create.  The healthier life you're always about to start.

They don't disappear.
They just keep moving from “someday” to “someday.”
And every once in a while, you look up and realize another year passed... and you're still thinking about the same things you were thinking about a year ago.

cost #2

You can't even enjoy the life you have

Even when you're not working toward the dream, you're never really free from it.
You take the day off... but feel guilty because you should be doing something productive.
You spend time with your family... but part of your brain is thinking about everything you're falling behind on.
You finally get a chance to relax... and somehow relaxing feels like one more thing you shouldn't be doing.

So you end up stuck in the worst of both worlds.

You're not consistently moving toward the life you want...but you're not fully enjoying the life you already have either.

cost #3

Eventually, you stop believing your own promises.

You've said “Tomorrow I'll start” so many times that even you don't completely believe it anymore.
You make another plan...you get another burst of motivation...you tell yourself this time will be different.
But somewhere in the back of your mind is another voice:
“Yeah... we've done this before.”

Eventually you stop trusting yourself to become the person you keep promising yourself you're going to be.

THE SEARCH FOR THE MISSING ANSWER

Because when you desperately want your life to change but can't understand why you keep struggling to change it, it's hard not to think:

“There has to be something I haven't figured out yet.”

So you start searching for...

A Better System

"Maybe I just haven't found the right way to organize my life yet."

Planners. Calendars. To-do lists. Productivity systems. Another new way of finally getting everything under control.

More Motivation

"Maybe I just need to find something that keeps me motivated."

Books. Podcasts. YouTube videos. Motivational techniques. Anything that might finally make you want to do the work.

Better Habits

"Maybe I need more discipline and a routine I can actually stick to."

Morning routines. Habit trackers. Time blocking. New schedules. Another attempt to finally become consistent.

ADHD Solutions

"Maybe there's something about my ADHD I still don't understand."

Medication. Therapy. ADHD books. Strategies. Hacks. Another explanation that might finally make everything click.

A Different Mindset

"Maybe I just need to change the way I think."

Self-help. Psychology. Meditation. Journaling. Another way of thinking that might finally make doing life easier.

The Next Breakthrough

"Maybe I'm just one realization away from figuring this whole thing out."

Another article. Another video. Another late-night search for the answer that finally explains what you've been missing.

And every time you discover something new,
there's a little spark:

“Maybe this is it.”

The system you'll finally stick with.  The thing that finally makes everything click.

And sometimes it helps.
Sometimes it helps a lot.

...until it doesn't anymore...

...and you find yourself searching again.

After enough years, the search for the thing that will finally get you moving can quietly become

another way of not moving.

Always learning.

Always searching.

Always one breakthrough away.

While the life you're trying to figure out how to live keeps passing by.

But What If There Isn't A Missing Piece?

READ THIS!

This was the biggest realization I had in my own ADHD journey.

After decades of searching for the thing that would finally make everything click, I found myself right back at square one—miserable and once again looking for answers.

But this time, I realized I'd exhausted every possible avenue for a solution.

Every “What if I try this?” led me back to something I'd already tried.

I was completely out of ideas and at an emotional low I'd never experienced before.

So finally, in the middle of all that misery, I asked myself:

“What am I supposed to do... just surrender?”

And after my mind hung onto that thought for a minute, it hit me...

That's the one thing I'd never tried.

Surrender...

I was just so tired of fighting myself.

What if I just stopped?

I certainly couldn't be any more miserable if I simply accepted where I was, forgave myself for not being where I thought I should be, and let go of the constant pressure to catch up.

I wouldn't be in any different place in my life...

but I also wouldn't have the dread and shame constantly pressing down on me.

Then something else hit me:

What if this IS the answer?

What if the way to "move forward" was to surrender?

That didn't mean I had to give up on wanting more from my life.

It didn't mean I couldn't still try to achieve something.

It just means having a new outlook that eliminates expectations and allows life to unfold instead of constantly trying to force it to happen the way I thought it should.

The thing that eluded me my whole life (and I think eludes most of us) was:

I thought I needed to "achieve" in order to find "peace".
but what I realized was that I needed "peace" in order to start "achieving"...

Why Did "Surrender" Make Moving Forward Easier?

Because I started realizing something I had never considered before:
The thing I was trying to do wasn't nearly as heavy as
everything I was asking it to accomplish.
  • It needed to move me closer to the life I thought I should already have.
  • It needed to make up for all the time I'd already lost.
  • It needed to prove I could finally follow through.
  • It needed to help me catch up.
  • It needed to make me feel productive enough to stop feeling guilty.
  • It needed to prove I wasn't lazy or wasting my potential.
  • And ultimately, it needed to WORK—because I needed the outcome to finally feel better about myself.

Surrendering started taking those "needs" away

The task didn't have to fix my life anymore.
It didn't have to make up for yesterday.
It didn't have to guarantee a better tomorrow.

I could just do it... and see what happened.

Make Something Happen...

"I need this to work."

  • I do the work with an outcome already attached to it.
  • If it works, I can finally feel like I'm moving forward.
  • If it doesn't, I've failed again.

The outcome decides how I get to feel about the effort.

VS.

See What Happens...

“I'm going to do my part and let the outcome be whatever it becomes.”

  • I can still want it to work.
  • I can still give it everything I have.
  • But success isn't required for today's effort to have been worthwhile.

I did something today, and that's enough to feel good about.

Letting Go Doesn't Mean Giving Up...

Surrendering the outcome doesn't mean surrendering the effort.

You can still want something.
You can still work toward it.
You can still have goals, dreams, and a direction you want your life to go.

The difference is that your peace no longer depends on getting there.

CHOOSE A DIRECTION
YOU WANT...

"Where do I want to go?"

DO WHAT YOU CAN TODAY

"What can I do right now?"

LET GO OF THE
OUTCOME

"Lets see what happens"

The Key Is To Put
Presence Before Productivity

...not the other way around...

Productivity First

The old way.

Get Caught Up

Accomplish Enough

Get Your Life Together

Become Who You're
Supposed To Be

THEN I CAN FINALLY FEEL OKAY

Peace First

The new way.

Accept Where I Am

Decide What Matters Today

Do What I Can

Let That Be Enough

THEN SEE WHERE THAT
TAKES ME

Some days I'll do a lot.
Some days I'll do a little.
Some days I might not do anything at all.

But I don't have to keep starting my entire life over
every time I slow down.

I Can Just Keep Going...

...But understanding this idea is one thing.

Learning how to live it is another.

Because imagine what changes when you can actually learn how to live this way.

Imagine what life could be if you could work toward something you desperately want without your happiness being dependent on whether or not you get it.

That's what I wish I'd had all those years I was searching.

I didn't need another answer.

I needed a way to actually LIVE the answer.

And after years of figuring out how...

I BUILT IT.

This is where everything I discovered comes together

THE ADHD THRIVE METHOD

A step-by-step path from
getting unstuck...
to finally moving forward...

• The ADHD Thrive Method isn't another productivity system designed to
make you squeeze more out of yourself.

• It's not another collection of ADHD hacks.

• And it's not about fixing everything that's “wrong” with you.

It's about learning how to take the pressure off your life so moving forward doesn't have to feel like a constant fight.

Everything we've talked about so far — surrender, letting go of outcomes, separating your peace from your progress, learning to stop fighting yourself — this is where we put it into practice.

Here's What "Putting It Into Practice" Looks Like

The ADHD Thrive Method takes everything we've talked about and breaks it into a step-by-step journey

starting with what's keeping you stuck and ending with a practical way to move through your everyday life.

🎯Module 1: Discover What's Really Keeping You Stuck

You’ve spent years pushing, hustling, and trying to “get it together.” Yet every system or trick slips through your fingers. This module reveals the surprising reason why — you’ve been chasing the wrong thing. Once you see what you’re really after, the constant cycle of disappointment breaks, and you can finally start feeling better now, not someday.

  • 📌 Lesson 1: The Starting Point You’ve Never Tried
ADHD doesn’t change by force — and the harder you try to grind your way through, the heavier it gets. This lesson gives you a new starting point: one that strips away the exhausting pressure to “fix yourself” and replaces it with a perspective that makes moving forward finally feel possible.
  • 📌 Lesson 2: What You’ve Been Wanting All Along
The success, the money, the approval — those weren’t the real goals. Beneath it all, you were chasing something else. Here, you’ll uncover what you’ve truly been after all along — and why finding it now unlocks everything else.
  • 📌 Lesson 3: Why the Finish Line Keeps Moving
Every milestone you’ve hit has left you still feeling behind. This lesson shows you why the “finish line” fantasy never delivers — and how stepping out of the chase gives you back your energy, confidence, and control.

🗝️Why This Module Matters:
Once you realize what you’ve been chasing isn’t the solution, you stop pouring energy into a race you can never win. This clears the fog, kills the pressure, and sets you free to start living differently today.

🎯Module 2:  Separate Who You Are From What You've Struggled With

We like to think we’re self-aware. But most of what we call “self-awareness” is really just survival mode in disguise — masks and coping strategies we mistake for truth. This module strips away the illusion so you can finally see yourself clearly, connect with who’s really underneath, and build awareness you can actually use in daily life.

  • 📌 Lesson 1: The Trap of “I Already Know Myself”
“I know myself” is one of ADHD’s biggest lies. This lesson helps you spot where false self-awareness has kept you stuck — and how seeing the real patterns underneath opens the door to change.
  • 📌 Lesson 2: Why Nothing Ever Changes For You
Much of your identity was built to survive shame and judgment. This lesson helps you stop pretending, reconnect with the authentic you, and finally start seeing the changes you want in life.
  • 📌 Lesson 3: The Trick That Stops The Failure "Doom Loop"
In order to improve and create change, you have to start catching your behavior in real time. This lesson gives you the mental pause button that breaks the cycle before ego takes over, so you can choose differently and stay in control.

🗝️Why This Module Matters:
You can’t change what you can’t see. Once you stop mistaking survival patterns for who you are, you’ll finally see the truth — and that clarity alone can change how you live, decide, and move forward.

🎯Module 3:  Learn What Happens When You Stop Treating Yourself Like the Problem

For years, every struggle has quietly added another piece of evidence to the same story: “lazy, irresponsible, broken.” It’s not true — but after telling yourself that story long enough, it starts to feel like it is. This module unravels where that story came from, helps you see yourself with a compassion you normally only reserve for others, and starts taking away the weight of constantly feeling like you’re the thing that needs to be fixed.

  • 📌 Lesson 1: The Story You've Been Telling Yourself Is Bullsh*t
Years of struggling with ADHD can quietly change what you believe about yourself. This lesson reveals where those beliefs came from, why they were never the truth about who you are, and how to finally stop letting them define you.
  • 📌 Lesson 2: What If The Parts You Fight Are Actually Trying To Help?
The anger, avoidance, guilt, and other parts of yourself you’d rather not look at aren’t proof that something is wrong with you. They’re scars from everything you’ve been through. Learning to see them differently lets you stop fighting them — and start understanding what they’ve been trying to tell you.

🗝️Why This Module Matters:
It takes an incredible amount of energy to spend your life fighting yourself. When you stop treating every struggle as evidence that you’re the problem, you can finally put that energy somewhere else — into the life you actually want to live.

🎯Module 4:  Discover Why Doing More Isn't Always The Answer

You’ve tried to win through willpower, systems, and grind. And every time, the pattern repeats: burnout, shame, & freeze. This module flips the script. Instead of forcing yourself into exhaustion, you’ll learn to try something you've never considered before — so you can finally move forward without the constant weight on your back.

  • 📌 Lesson 1: Why Working Harder Makes It Worse
The idea that grinding harder will save you is a lie that’s been keeping you stuck. This lesson shows you the moment everything shifts: when you stop punishing yourself to meet impossible standards and discover a freer way forward.
  • 📌 Lesson 2: A New System That Turns Every Step Into Progress
Traditional goals set you up to fail — pass/fail structures guarantee shame. Here, you’ll replace them with something different that turns every step into progress, keeping your ADHD brain engaged and motivated.
  • 📌 Lesson 3: The Secret to Getting Things Done Without the Dread
Life’s obligations don’t disappear. But when you learn what to do so you stop dreading them — they finally get done without wrecking you emotionally.

🗝️Why This Module Matters:
This module is about choosing freedom over pressure. Once you drop the weight you've been carrying, you unlock a way of living that’s lighter, more sustainable, and actually works with your ADHD.

🎯Module 5:  Discover What Happens When You Stop Chasing So Hard

You’ve spent years trying to force progress through effort, control, and urgency — only to end up burned out. This module reveals a counterintuitive shift: how to create space for good things to come to you instead of constantly chasing them down. You’ll learn how to stop blocking your own progress, trust the process, and finally experience results that feel almost effortless.

  • 📌 Lesson 1: The Change That Stops You From Getting in Your Own Way
Forget vision boards and fluff. This lesson shows you how to carry your desires without desperation — and how doing less forcing can open the door to more results.
  • 📌 Lesson 2: The Surprising Place Where Answers Finally Show Up
When you’re panicked, every move is the wrong one. This lesson reveals how stillness cuts through the noise, brings clarity, and lets the right answers finally surface.
  • 📌 Lesson 3: What Life Looks Like When Everything Finally Clicks
This is where all the pieces come together: self-awareness, shadow, surrender, targets, and stillness. You’ll see how they fit into a daily life that finally feels doable — and how presence shows up naturally when you live this way.

🗝️Why This Module Matters:
The harder you chase, the further progress slips away. This module helps you release pressure, stop sabotaging yourself, and let life finally meet you halfway.

🎯Module 6:  Learn How to Make Today Feel Like Enough

The real shift isn’t about “someday.” It’s about building winnable days — days where you finish with presence, pride, and proof you moved forward. This module gives you the daily compass for starting lighter, moving steadily, and ending stronger.

  • 📌 Lesson 1: The Today Philosophy
A repeatable daily framework that makes moving forward practical. You’ll learn how to start your day properly, set "doable" tasks, handle obligations without dread, and end each day with pride instead of guilt.
    • Morning Mindset Reset — Stop waking up in dread and learn how to fuel the start of your day differently.
    • Simple Daily Targets — Pick right-sized wins from "feel" instead of "obligation". That's how you build momentum.
    • Navigating the Day — Learn what to do so everything feels easier.  No more being pulled in 5 different directions.
    • Evening Reflection — End the day feeling accomplished, not ashamed.

🗝️Why This Module Matters:
This is where theory turns into living. With this action plan, progress becomes natural, things become doable, and shame finally gets pushed out of the driver’s seat — one day at a time.

You've Tried Everything — But Nothing Sticks

If you’ve ever thought “I know what I’m supposed to do… so why can’t I just do it?” — you’re not alone.

Most advice for ADHD skips the most important piece: how it feels to live in your brain. The overwhelm. The dread. The emotional weight of just getting started.

This course doesn’t give you more to manage.  It gives you less to carry.

We’re not here to optimize your time or increase your output. We’re here to dismantle the inner pressure that’s been keeping you stuck — so you can finally move forward in a way that feels light, honest, and doable.

Not harder...Not faster...Just better.

About Reformatted Dan

Reformatted Dan is a passionate advocate for people with ADHD who are tired of chasing solutions that never seem to work. Drawing from decades of personal experience, hard-earned insight, and years of entrepreneurial trial and error, he has created a course that cuts through the noise of hacks and hustle culture — and gets to the emotional core of what it really means to live well with ADHD.

As a creative, a writer, and a self-proclaimed lifelong overthinker, Dan brings a unique blend of raw honesty and practical mindset strategies to the table. He’s not a clinical expert — and that’s the point. He’s someone who has lived through the daily cycles of shame, burnout, and guilt and found a way to finally feel good about his life without needing to be “fixed.”

His work is built on the belief that people with ADHD don’t need better systems — they need better truths. And once those truths are uncovered, everything else starts to make sense.

He created The ADHD Thrive Method not as a productivity course, but as a wake-up call. A new lens. A chance to stop managing ADHD and start understanding it. Through his conversational style, humor, and deep emotional insight, Dan makes big mindset shifts feel surprisingly doable — and even a little fun.

When he’s not writing or building weirdly effective frameworks for self-acceptance, he will either be golfing with friends, or hanging out with his wife, two kids, and his dog Daisy — usually while watching a movie or thinking up the next breakthrough.

I Finally Feel Like I’m Doing Enough

Being a mom, wife, and homemaker was pulling me in a million different directions all at the same time.  Dan's advice helped me gain perspective so I could feel good about my effort over my results.

This Started as a Personal Fix. Now It’s a Complete Framework.

This course wasn’t born in a productivity lab. It was born in the middle of real-life overwhelm, frustration, and years of trying to “just get it together.”

The author — someone with ADHD who has spent a lifetime trying every system under the sun — finally cracked the code by doing something radical: stopping the chase.

Instead of chasing dopamine, this course shifts your focus toward a serotonin-based life. One rooted in presence, emotional clarity, and self-compassion.

One where your value isn’t tied to how productive you are.

You won’t just get tips. You’ll get a new lens for your life.

If You’ve Made It This Far, You’re Probably
Starting To See Something…

Not just about motivation…
But about the patterns behind it.
The pressure.
The way things have felt harder than they should — for longer than they should.
And maybe, for the first time, it actually makes a little bit of sense.

But here’s the part most people get stuck on:
Understanding it is one thing…knowing what to do with it is something else entirely.

Because none of this changes your life just because you see it.

It changes when you start applying it — in a way that actually works with your brain, instead of against it.

That's What This Is.

Not more advice.  Not another system to try and fail at.

But a way to take everything you’ve just realized…and finally turn it into something that works in your day-to-day life.

If that’s what you’ve been looking for…this is where you take it further.

How long will it take to finish the course?

It's really up to you.  The course is self-paced.  Some people may want to sit down and blast through it.  Or you can just take your time and read one lesson per day to allow the information to marinate with you.  The best part is you have lifetime access so you can come back and review lessons as often as you want...in fact it's probably going to be a necessity.

Do I need to have a formal ADHD diagnosis to take this course?

Nope. If you relate to the struggles — inconsistent motivation, burnout cycles, shame spirals, or feeling like nothing ever “sticks” — then you’re in the right place.  But remember I'm just a regular person suffering like you, I don't have any formal training or education - I'm just sharing what has helped me.

What kind of results can I expect?

This course won’t turn you into a productivity robot (and that’s kind of the point). Instead, you’ll learn how to take on a new perspective about how you live your life that works with your brain, finds emotional clarity, and provides fulfillment — on your terms.

Is this a bunch of generic advice I’ve already heard?

Definitely not. In fact, this course exists because the generic advice hasn’t worked. You’ll finally understand why — and discover tools that actually make sense for the way your brain works.

What if I can’t afford it right now?

You can reserve your spot for free today. No payment is required until the course officially launches, and you’ll still get the discounted pre-launch price.  Just enter your name and e-mail on this page to get on the list.

Will I have lifetime access?

Yes! Once you sign up, you’ll have lifetime access to all current lessons — plus any bonus lessons added later.

Can I contact someone for support or questions?

Of course. Just email me directly at [contact@reformattedmind.com] and I’ll personally get back to you as soon as I can.

If You’ve Ever Wondered Why You Can’t Stick With Anything…

It’s not because you’re undisciplined. Or lazy. Or broken. It’s because you’ve been using

motivation like it’s a fuel source — when it’s really a byproduct.

You’ve been told to set goals, power through, and push harder. But for ADHD minds, that cycle burns out fast — and leaves behind shame, not results.

This course gives you a new way to approach progress:  One that honors your wiring, embraces emotional honesty, and rebuilds your self-worth from the inside out.

You’ll walk away with more than just insight. You’ll walk away with a plan that actually works for you.

My Personal Note To You.

Wow. I can’t believe I finally finished.

Creating this course has been every bit as messy, challenging, and stop-and-start as you'd expect from someone with ADHD. There were moments I wanted to quit. Times I thought, who am I to be doing this? And plenty of days where it felt easier to just walk away.

But the most beautiful part? The ideas I’m sharing inside this course — the ones you’re about to learn — are the very things that got me through it.

They helped me find clarity when I was stuck. Grace when I was spiraling. And the courage to keep going, even when I had nothing to prove — only something to give.

That’s why I’m so proud to be here, at the finish line of this project, offering you something I know can change the way you see your life — because it changed mine first.

Thanks for being here. I hope this is just the beginning of something really good for you.

I'm Really Glad You've Made It This Far With Me.

Not everyone does.  Most people stop when things start to feel different…

when something challenges the way they’ve been thinking.

But you didn’t.  You stayed with it.

And because of that, you’ve probably started to see things in a way you hadn’t before.

This is where this part of the journey ends.

But it doesn’t have to stop here.

Because everything you’ve seen so far?
That’s just the beginning.

The next step is learning how to actually live it…
how to take these ideas and turn them into something real in your day-to-day life.

That’s what the ADHD Thrive Method is for.

If you want to keep going… it’s there for you.
